        Axel was born July 1988. Axel came to us from British Columbia at 12 days old. He was surplus stock at a larger zoo. Axel came to us to be a companion to our very first cat here at the sanctuary "Casey". Axel and Casey lived together their whole lives until Casey passed away at 20 years old, in 2007. Casey was the beginning of the Sanctuary. She was responsible for getting the the whole thing started.
        Kira was born here in 1998, she is a daughter to Casey and Axel. Cassy was born here in 2005. Montana and Axel (Jr.) were born here at the sanctuary in 2006, they are grandsons to Casey and Axel.
        Jeannie and Bob came to us at 5 days old. They were purchased by a man from a small zoo. He could not look after them and brought them to our sanctuary for us to care for. They have been ever since. They were born in May of 2002.
